He has been writing since he was 5: first comic books, then short stories, and now novels. His fiction and photography has won awards at various conferences and competitions throughout the United States. He currently teaches in a mass communication department at a university in Pennsylvania, and his research interests include credibility in public relations and broadcast news; gender representation in videogame magazines; and mythological portrayals in media.
